Traditional Email Support
Email and our Support Ticket System are the preferred channel of communication and support for your account(s). Due to the sheer volume of requests we get on a daily basis, it’s easiest for our team to keep track of everything when they’re written down (versus talking on the phone).
If you absolutely must talk to someone on the phone… we offer a call answering service where you can leave a message for our technical department or follow-up with sales.
